Haiku's: A new life and Wishes
Carpe Diem #722 buried in moss
When I read this wonderful episode, two images dominated my mind. The first one was of moss covered letters and the second was of moss covered rocks at the bottom of a pond. Here are two Haiku's based on these images.
A new life
Under pink blossoms
Holding moss covered letters
Posing for flashes
Wishes
Rocks covered in moss
Bottom of the temple pond
Hide wishes in coins

DeleteThe moss-covered rocks draw my attention. I wouldn't mind sitting on their cushioned surface!
ReplyDeleteNo Moss
Ah! Thank you so much! Your take was very deep and thought provoking!!
DeleteTemple ponds probably hold a lot more things than coins...some hidden wisdom, for instance.
ReplyDeleteVery true. You've just inspired me to write something on those lines. Thank you!!!
DeleteBoth are really great Vyomi, but your second haiku is very strong and very spiritually layered.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much! I'm really glad you thought so! I'm humbled!
