Haiku: One patch of a rice field
Not everything goes right in the world. When nonseasonal rains arrive out of nowhere, they bring destruction in their wake. This Haiku is nowhere close to the colossal loss farmers experience.
The paddy farmer
Under the old banyan tree
Weary village weeps
