Purple Glory



Inspired by a fellow blogger this is my first attempt at Haiga with a photograph of one of the flowers from our amazing garden and a haiku to accompany it.

I just finished reading a book I had meant to read for ages-  'Wings of Fire'. The autobiography of Dr.   A.P.J. Abdul Kalam with Arun Tiwari. It was truly motivational. After reading this book I jotted down this small poem that I'd like to share with you. I've written this poem to depict what this book meant to me and gave me- it gave hope new wings so I've titled it  New Wings to Hope. The poem is mine. The image has been sourced from  here . Congratulations on completing a decade at work!!!

I had one of my ex-project managers complete a decade of service at work so wrote the below poem to congratulate him on this momentous occasion. Heartiest congratulations! An action oriented leader, Who is more than a manager. A mentor and motivator, Whom to emulate we aspire.
