      Thank you so much! Practice makes perfect I guess :-) :-). And years and years of it :-) :-)! Maybe the realization is that we need to keep at it to achieve bliss!! :-) :-)

      Agreed! Nothing worth achieving comes easily and isn't bliss the most elusive? :-) :-) So even more reason to be at it no?

    I think every one has the strength and power to meditate, but it takes time to learn it.
